At the exhibition in Munich, the Ormonde team demonstrated the powerful IBC-5 Inside Bundle Cleaner, a high-output automated cleaning system developed specifically for internal tube heat exchanger cleaning during industrial turnarounds and shutdown projects.
The IBC 5 lance heat exchanger cleaning system is designed for efficient washbay operations where extracted heat exchanger bundles require rapid, high-quality internal cleaning and inspection. By automating the cleaning process, the system significantly improves turnaround efficiency while reducing manual intervention and increasing operational safety.
The Peinemann Equipment Inside Bundle Cleaner (IBC-5) features five high-performance cleaning lances operated directly from a protected control cabin. This allows operators to safely manage high-pressure water jetting operations while remaining shielded from contamination and ultra-high-pressure cleaning risks. The enclosed cabin also provides clear visibility and improved operator comfort during extended shutdown operations.
